From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'Crust & Craft Dough House started from a dream of delivering true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi family opened our doors in 1985, and our small, family-oriented business began serving pizzas with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our founder, mastered the pizza craft in her journey across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was born. After returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of original Italian pizza, preferring age-old techniques and top-notch ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat restaurant has evolved into a cherished local fixture. However, our dedication to quality and authenticity remains firm. We continue to bake with traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough fresh each day, and use the best ingredients available.
Now, 'Crust & Craft Dough House is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with a new generation at the helm. We've adopted some contemporary innovations, yet our core remains dedicated to producing delightful, genuine pizzas that unite our community.
