Thank you for choosing Crust & Craft Dough House for your meal experiences. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. By placing an order through our website, orchardcrestlane.sbs, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the refund and cancellation of your purchases.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within a short grace period of placing the order, typically 5 minutes. To cancel, please call us immediately at +39 06 9999 9999. If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 24 hours after the delivery of your food. If 24 hours have gone by since your meal was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

The meal must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for health and hygiene reasons, including personalized food orders unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days, typically within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at +39 06 9999 9999.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Via Margutta 51, Rome, 00187, Italy. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
